From garage infill sites to 30-unit Passivhaus developments, our experience within the social housing sector is key to many of our clients.

City centre cut-and-carve

 

Facade retention, with a basement, adjacent to a listed building, with Onyx covered floors and walls; all of this, in any combination, can be found in many of the developments we have worked on within the major cities of the UK, both for high-end residential and landmark commercial space. Our understanding of temporary works, both for structural support and site accessibility, underpins the confidence required by our clients when competing for these types of contracts.

Leisure

 

We have worked on multi-storey new build hotels within a marine environment, constructed using a hybrid frame of steelwork to 1st floor and CLT above; the refurbishment of existing hotels in the centre of London; and landmark theatres adjacent to archaeological sites of interest in the middle of historic towns.

Schools

 

We have a solid background in the refurbishment of existing schools, along with construction of new buildings within existing school grounds, including new labs, sports halls, and classrooms.

Commercial fit out and construction

 

Restaurants, offices, mixed use developments, including rooftop extensions, all while the existing tenants remain in-situ; these are all typical of the projects we are familiar with.

Industrial and retail

We have tendered and won many contracts in this sector, including new build supermarkets, regional distribution centres, industrial warehousing, and super-car workshops and storage.
